Supply Chain Business Partner (Romania)

• Provide decision support to management by performing analytical and data-driven analyses, preparing business cases, and supporting the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and calculate annual forecasts, in-market sales, and affiliate ambition
• Handle orders, including placing purchase orders in SAP and managing logistics until arrival in the home country. Ensure smooth customs clearance by coordinating with the customs clearance broker
• Manage and track inventory at the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and oversee the selling process to distributors. Report market sales performance, in-market sales, and inventory monthly
• Update and agree on monthly demand with the sales and operations team. Support the launch excellence of new products in the affiliate

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, economics, business, or related areas
• Experience in demand planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in providing decision support to management, including preparing business cases with analysis to back them up
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and simple communication material for senior and executive management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fast in identifying the problem and providing possible solutions
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Power Point and Excel
• Excellent English and Romanian skills, both spoken and written
