The experience we're looking to add to our team:
a EUR- University Degree in a field of Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
a EUR- Relevant experience as a test manager in automotive industry
a EUR- Fluency in business English
a EUR- Experience as ISTQBA(R) Certified Tester a EUR" Foundation Level, ideally ISTQBA(R) - Advanced Test Manager
a EUR- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems
a EUR- Basic knowledge of automotive software development and testing process e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262
a EUR- Knowledge of CANoe is desirable
a EUR- Strong technical and analytical abilities (systematic approach, capability of abstraction and
simplification, recognize dependencies, weaknesses and risks, understand the use, boundary
conditions)
a EUR- Expertise working within RM tools (Doors, code Beamer, Polarion)
a EUR- Self-reliant, structured, and proactive way of working
a EUR- Team player attitude
a EUR- Excellent communication skills

a EUR- Managing the test team
a EUR- Coordinating the testing activities (qualification and integration tests)
a EUR- Planning of system tests (incl. test targets and objects, equipment, efforts, resources) in coordination
with the overall project test plan
a EUR- Analysis of system architecture requirements and definition of associated test cases or coordination
