Job Description
Main objective of the job:
- Conducts Detective Controls for relevant departments (processes), according to Central Directives, desktop procedures and work instructions.
- Risk mitigation controls for accounting and finance processes are called „Detective controls”;
- „Detective controls” are performed for Customer Bill-to-Cash processes;
- Support performance and ensure quality of „Detective controls” for selected customers inside Bosch group;
- Support in KPI generation & tracking for performance of Detective Controls;
- Work under supervision of mentor;
- Ensure good communication with colleagues and customers;
- Other activities related to Detective Contols.
Qualifications
Studies:
- University Diploma
- High school Diploma
- Language: English and/ or another language;
- Currently enrolled in a superior educational institute (University/Master);
- General knowledge of financial processes;
- Knowledge in MS Office;
- Likes to work with processes and procedures;
- Detail oriented;
- Good ability to communicate and to work in a team;
- Proactive attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines.
