Role Purpose
Pickup and delivery deliver shipments safely and within the standard time frame. Before courier/collection, all shipments must check physically to ensure the required paperwork is available and shipments are in condition to travel in transit / deliver to the customer
Reporting / Documentation
Prepare a Debrief report at the end of each working day. Complete all required paperwork for all collected shipments.
Maintain and adhere to all company standards regarding personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness and paperwork prepared for customer shipments. Professional behavior’s and attitude attending customers.
Ensure security of shipments, collected cash and company vehicle. Ensure to use of padlocks on vehicles at all times to secure customer shipments and company assets.
Deliver on time monthly invoices. Act as a messenger between customers and credit controllers in relaying customers' queries regarding billing and selling insurance on outbound shipments

Dealing with aggressive situations, traffic problems, collecting and securing cash collections.
Courier Leader and Supervisors.
3.1 Education
High Secondary Education.
3.2 Experience
2 years of service-based experience with a valid driving license.
3.3 Technical Knowledge/Skills
Good command of English
Basic knowledge of vehicles and their associated operating techniques.
Computer literacy is preferable.
Establishing a course of action for self to accomplish goals. Establishing priorities on deliveries and pickups.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in the company. Convey clear and precise information to customers.
Work effectively with the team. Support and help others in performing their jobs efficiently. Be a guide for new staff.
