Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Manager to manage school partnerships accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of student-focused programs. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, managing student accounts, and overseeing customer service functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the success of these partnerships by delivering exceptional service and addressing any needs or concerns related to the student programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for school partnerships, managing day-to-day relationships with school administrators and decision-makers to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of educational programs for students.
Student Support: Oversee the enrollment and progress of students, providing support and guidance throughout their learning journey. Ensure timely and effective communication between schools, students, and other stakeholders.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customer service needs are met. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as required to enhance the experience of partner schools and students.
On-site Visits: Conduct regular visits to partner schools in Riyadh, building personal relationships with staff and faculty to promote collaboration and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by schools or students, working closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Nationality: Saudi only
Experience: Previous experience in education, account management, or customer support, particularly in a school or educational institution.
Driving License: A valid driver’s license is required as the role involves regular travel to schools in Riyadh.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge: Familiarity with educational programs, online learning platforms, and Zendesk is an advantage.
