As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple locations within a defined geographic region. You’ll work closely with store managers and stakeholders to implement strategies that achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven leader with a strong background in retail operations and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales and operational strategies to meet area-specific targets.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor store managers, ensuring consistent execution of company policies and objectives.
- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging productivity and high standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency across all locations.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and stock replenishment to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and address operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in area or regional management, ideally in Sanitary Ware or Retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in retail management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
