Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality barbering services:
- Perform haircuts, trims, and shaves to meet guest preferences.
- Offer grooming services such as beard and mustache shaping, hair coloring, and scalp treatments.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and maintained according to health and safety standards.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet guests warmly and engage with them to understand their grooming preferences.
- Offer personalized advice and recommendations on hair and grooming techniques and products.
- Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their service.

Maintain Salon Cleanliness and Organization:
- Ensure the barbershop area is always clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Regularly sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations to meet health and safety standards.

Professional Development:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and tools.
- Attend training and development sessions as required to improve skills and service offerings.

Product Sales:
- Promote and recommend high-quality grooming products to guests.
- Ensure retail products are properly displayed and stocked.
Job Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Barber, preferably in a high-end salon or hotel environment.
- Proven ability to provide a variety of grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and scalp treatments.

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and execute customer preferences with attention to detail.
- A deep knowledge of hair and skin care products and the ability to make professional recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to barbering and salon hygiene.

Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Location & Sponsorship:
- Applicant must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and have the ability to transfer sponsorship (Iqama).
