Business Development Associate

Job Overview:
Firma Events is expanding its operations to Saudi Arabia and is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join/start our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the local market. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients in Saudi Arabia.
Analyze competitor activities and strategies to position Firma Events effectively in the market.
2. Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers.
Present and promote Firma Events' services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and other sales channels.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Networking :
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Firma Events and establish partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
5. Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring terms and conditions meet both client and company objectives.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights.
7. Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of the company’s business strategy for Saudi Arabia.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the events or related industry.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
