Job Description:Develop and suggest strategies and procedures for Sales and business development to better serve IPS vision & mission. Partner with line managers to drive business related activities results, bringing on board highest level of creativity and service.Evaluate tenders and submissions related to new projects and implementations, and provide recommendations to the Heads of Sales that serves credibility and trust, cost effectiveness, and long-term business relationships with external parties and providers. Close new business deals by managing requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; combining contract requirements with business operations.Minimize contractual risks, execute contractual manual, manage providers and suppliers relationships and ensure staff adherence and compliance with adopted contractual terms and conditions.Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders Demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.Ability to identify client needs, tailor solutions to meet those needs, and close high-value deals.Developing and executing strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitor research, and identifying opportunities for growth Visa –
