Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in sectors such as education and government, to expand our presence. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, strong business acumen, and relationship-building skills, aimed at maximizing our impact and alignment with Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a market-specific business development strategy in alignment with NASMAK’s goals and Vision 2030, with a focus on IT solutions and digital learning.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across education, government, and corporate sectors.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the face of NASMAK in the Saudi market.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Customization: Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to present tailored solutions, highlighting NASMAK’s advanced offerings in digital transformation and learning management.
- Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate NASMAK’s value propositions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation and client onboarding.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within IT, Ed Tech, or digital solutions.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Saudi market, especially within the education and government sectors, and familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Sales & CRM Platforms: Proficiency in Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar CRM tools for tracking leads, managing the sales pipeline, and forecasting.
- Presentation Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point, Google Slides, and experience with interactive presentation tools like Prezi or Canva for impactful pitches.
- Market Research & Analytics: Familiarity with tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Hoovers, or Zoom Info for market research and lead generation.
- Project Management Software: Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to coordinate internally and manage projects effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to analyze and enhance marketing strategies.
- LMS and Digital Learning Platforms: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, SCORM, and e Learning standards to effectively communicate product benefits to clients in the education sector.
- Cloud Technologies: Understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms, particularly for Saa S and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge of AI-driven tools for data analysis, predictive insights, and personalized learning experiences.
- Cybersecurity Standards: Awareness of security and compliance standards, especially ISO 27001, to address data security concerns for corporate and government clients.
