We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record with 3+ years of outdoor sales or marketing experience in a manpower agency, staffing consultancy, or recruitment industry.
- Background in oil & gas, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Available to join immediately.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Contribute to our company's growth and success.
