Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Oversee product lifecycle management and collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and market share objectives by focusing on category and SKU level performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in category management or key account management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to deliver on strategic goals and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- FMCG or E-commerce background is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
