- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
- Manage food inventory and create provisioning schedules.
- Previous experience as a Chief Cook on an AHTS vessel.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and dietary requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid maritime certifications and health certificates.
