Job Description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a pivotal leadership role within the company, responsible for transforming and driving the companys product vision, strategy, and operational excellence. The CPO will lead the development of customer-centric, sustainable product offerings and be a key driver of innovation. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background who can integrate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings, streamline workflows, and ensure the companys growth objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Shape and execute the product vision aligned with long-term growth goals. Develop and implement product roadmaps to enhance customer engagement, differentiate offerings in a competitive market, and drive sustainable growth.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Lead the integration of advanced technologies and innovative business models. Leverage technology to drive product innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Transform customer insights into actionable product innovations. Continuously assess evolving customer needs and develop solutions that enhance user experience and build brand loyalty.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity. Promote operational excellence while mentoring high-performing teams.
- Sustainability: Align product strategies with environmental standards and sustainability goals. Drive eco-friendly practices without compromising product quality.
- Market Positioning: Establish the company as a market leader by continually enhancing product offerings, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge within the tech-enabled laundry sector.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a forward-thinking mindset within the e-commerce or tech-enabled service industries. Key attributes include:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to align product strategies with overarching business goals and implement data-driven solutions that drive long-term success.
- Technical Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. Expertise in tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Adjust, and Webengage is required.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and the ability to translate insights into impactful product innovations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to influence teams across departments. A natural leader who fosters a creative, high-performance culture.
- Sustainability Focus: A track record of embedding sustainable practices into product development, with the ability to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising quality.
- Preferred Background: Experience in e-commerce, Saa S platforms, or tech-enabled service industries, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
