Job Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of a next-generation Super App in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap for the app, which will integrate services like payments, travel, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the technology vision and roadmap for the Super App, aligning with business goals and growth ambitions.
  
• Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the platform, ensuring it’s scalable, secure, and capable of handling high user traffic and transactions.
  
• Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the selection and management of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and ensure the cloud architecture is optimized for performance, cost, and scalability.
  
• Leadership & Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing technology team, including solution architects, developers, and engineers.
  
• Collaboration with CEO: Work closely with the CEO and other leadership members to align the technology strategy with the business objectives, ensuring the app meets market needs.
  
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in technology, especially in fintech and super apps, and drive innovation within the company.
  
• ESOPs & Growth: Play an integral role in company culture, supporting growth through tech innovation, and take advantage of the ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) after 12 months.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum 10+ years in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Solution Architect in fintech or similar industries.
    
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming language and related frameworks.
    
  • Deep experience with one of the major cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud architecture
    
  • Expertise in designing secure and scalable architectures for high-traffic platforms.
    
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices in a fintech context.
    
• Leadership & Management:
  
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing tech team.
    
  • Experience in making critical tech decisions and driving company-wide technological initiatives.
    
• Languages:
  
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    
• Location & Relocation:
  
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite).
    
  • Relocation support is available.
