Job Title: Construction Manager.

Position Overview: Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works (SSEM) is seeking experienced Construction Manager
Responsibilities:

• Develop Construction Executive Plans, including constructability programs
• Manage various contractors and suppliers; and coordinate the sub-contractors’ activities
• Manage the expenses throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues
• Ensure that all processes are in place to make sure there are no accidents
• Able to develop three (3) months lookahead schedules and report progress
• Develop presentations to management.
• To monitor the all programs related to infrastructural works including the quality assurance and control,
• To review the construction drawings for improvement
• Documentary support to QS Department
• Technical Coordination between inter discipline for running activities,
• Review and submit the Manufacturers, Suppliers and materials for approval.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project resources, including cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer & Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in execution of large scale of power and energy projects.
• Excellent communication skills.

Ability of dealing with contractual and commercial issues, coordination with clients, suppliers, designers and subcontractors.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to travel to project sites as required
