Join our dynamic team at Boehringer Ingelheim Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries and East Africa (SAGEA) as a Communications Manager . In this role, you will create and implement comprehensive communications plan for the region in line with the regional strategy. This role involves managing and executing all communications campaigns, including brand and corporate communications, Human Pharma and Animal Health businesses.


A key part of this role is partnering with the General Manager and business functions within SAGEA to support business priorities. This includes addressing challenges, capitalizing on opportunities, and managing activities including internal and external communications. The Communications Manager will also work closely with the regional Corporate Affairs team and adapt announcements and regional campaigns to suit local markets.


The job is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and reports to the General Manager/Head of Human Pharma SAGEA and the Head of Corporate Affairs India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa (IMETA).


Roles and Responsibilities:





Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and/or Marketing.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Communications preferably within healthcare or in highly regulated industries.
• Experience in working in-house as a communications professional or in a communications agency in the Gulf region; experience in the Saudi market is a preference.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is a mandatory prerequisite.
