JASARA PMC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our construction projects and ensure they are executed effectively, on time, and within budget. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing various projects that contribute to the region's development.

The successful candidate will coordinate all construction activities, manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership qualities and a strategic mindset, as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, managing resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports for stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance on all sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of managing large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
