- Manage database backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
- Use monitoring tools to track database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure databases run smoothly.

- Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving database issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while ensuring database availability and performance.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in managing databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, My SQL, or Postgre SQL.
- Expertise in query optimization for improved performance.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery processes.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), SQL Profiler).
- Strong understanding of database security implementation.
