About Role

We invite a Data Architect to join us as a consultant to develop new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

Your impact

• Data Protection: Skilled at creating systems that keep sensitive data safe, following SDAIA guidelines, and managing personal information
• Big Data Management: Experienced in building and managing systems that can handle large amounts of both organized and unorganized data
• Cloud Architecture: Good at designing secure cloud data systems that meet SDAIA standards, allowing for easy storage and processing of data
• Real-Time Analytics: Able to create systems that support real-time data analysis and business intelligence, helping organizations make better decisions

We are looking for someone who

• Has a deep understanding of SDAIA, NDMO, NIC, and NCAI policies and regulations regarding data engineering, management, governance, privacy and security
• Has the ability to design scalable and robust enterprise data architectures that align with SDAIA’s standards, supporting large-scale data integration, storage, and retrieval across systems
• Has expertise in creating complex data models (e.g., conceptual, logical, and physical models) that support SDAIA’s objectives for national data usage, including structured and unstructured data management
• Has experience with SDAIA’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) to ensure that data architectures comply with national regulations for privacy and security.
• Experience in designing and managing big data infrastructures that can handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Proficiency in designing cloud-based data architectures, in alignment with SDAIA and other entities' policies, ensuring secure and compliant cloud infrastructure that supports scalable data storage and processing.
• Ability to design architectures that support real-time data analytics and business intelligence (BI).
• Is a native Arabic speaker and has proficiency in English — B2 level or higher (Preferable)

About Role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join us as a consultant to develop new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

We are looking for someone who has

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Cybersecurity Engineer
• High proficiency in controls, regulations, and policies published by NCA, such as: ECC-1:2018 Essential Cybersecurity Controls, ECC-1:2020 Cloud Cybersecurity Controls, Telework Cybersecurity Controls, National Cryptography Standards
• Awareness and proficiency in PDPL and other, international standards for data privacy
• Capability of performing threats and risk analysis for estimated and ongoing projects
• Outstanding design of security solutions in line with NCA's controls, requirements, and regulations. This includes network security, data protection, identity management, and secure communication protocols.
• Knowledge of how to align with Saudi Vision 2030, KSA e-Government Program (Yesser), and sector-specific cybersecurity regulations (e.g., in finance or energy)
• Has proficiency in English — B2 level or higher (Preferable), and is a native Arabic speaker
