Digital Marketing Manager

This role involves end-to-end management of the digital marketing lifecycle, including research, campaign development, execution, monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal performance. A key aspect of the role will be promoting CRI Group's specialised services through various digital channels, such as Employ Smart™️ Background Screening Services, Due Diligence360™️, and 3PRM™️ Third-Party Risk Management Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with CRI Group’s overall business objectives, focusing on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Develop and tailor digital marketing strategies that align with the local market's needs and cultural context, focusing on Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to refine marketing approaches. Conduct in-depth research on local competitors, audience behaviour, and industry trends specific to the region to enhance CRI Group's brand positioning and lead generation efforts.
- Tailor content to address specific client segments' needs and pain points, particularly in background screening and third-party risk management. Could you collaborate with local teams to make sure that all digital content, campaigns, and communications are culturally relevant and appropriate for the Saudi market?
- Leverage an understanding of Arabic or work closely with Arabic-speaking team members or external consultants to ensure digital content's accuracy and cultural alignment.
- Manage and optimise digital content strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Work with CRI Group’s global and regional teams to localise global campaigns, ensuring they are adapted in tone, language, and target audience preferences for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, focusing on generating leads that convert into tangible business opportunities.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (Linked In, Twitter, etc.), email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create detailed campaign planners for each platform with clear objectives, budget allocation, and estimated ROI.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and localised campaigns based on market needs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially those specific to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
- Participate in professional development programs or training initiatives to continuously enhance digital marketing knowledge, especially in niche areas like background screening, due diligence, and third-party risk management.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for optimising CRI Group’s content and improving the search rankings for key services like Employ Smart™️ and 3PRM™️.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to enhance the online visibility of CRI Group’s specialised services.
- Create and manage content calendars, producing high-quality, targeted content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Optimise existing content to improve organic rankings and drive traffic through targeted keywords.
- Experience with Linked In Ads, Twitter Ads, and other social platforms relevant to the Saudi Arabian market, including understanding how to manage localised social media strategies.
- Competence in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule, monitor, and optimise social media campaigns.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools.
- Create performance reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously improve digital marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights and market trends.
- Develop an integrated cross-channel marketing plan to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate closely with CRI Group’s business units and other marketing functions to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and minimise ad spend wastage.
- Continuously optimise ad campaigns, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting options, and creative assets to improve performance.
- Work closely with the regional and global teams to develop marketing collateral, support sales initiatives, and deliver consistent and effective campaigns.
- I want you to please maintain relationships with external digital marketing vendors and consultants when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B industries.
- Expertise using digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO tools (Moz, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful paid campaigns (PPC, display, social).
- Proficiency in managing cross-channel marketing initiatives and experience with multi-region campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
