Overview: Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Entertainment & Activities: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of entertainment programs, including beach games, water sports, themed nights, and cultural events.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to promote activities and build a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at the resort.
• Kids & Family Activities: Coordinate children’s programs, family-friendly games, and seasonal holiday activities to keep all ages entertained.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other resort departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe manner, following the resort's health and safety guidelines.
• Promotion of Resort Services: Act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting other resort services, special offers, and events.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• Experience: Previous experience as an entertainer in hospitality is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities is a plus
• Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable to various guest needs.
• Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is an advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to participate in physical activities and work outdoors in beach conditions.
