We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Equipment Coordinator / Inventory Controller in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals to support the full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of the resource planning processes and drive the associated metrics for business performance improvement
Key Responsibilities:

• Track jobs in planning system of record, and equipment shipment dates to allocate tools.

• Ensure job entry resources are accurate in the system.

• Liaise with Service Delivery Manager to ensure that resources are aligned, and issues are addressed.

• Allocate resources in accordance with job requirements.

• Update the equipment inventory daily.

• Keep track and ensure that equipment is sent to operating base in timely manner after each job.

• Maintain regular communication with Logistics regarding the transportation of tools, equipment, and materials.

• Monitor and focus on equipment utilization indicators.

• Propose initiatives and actions to improve equipment utilization.

• Monitor equipment condition and report to management for repair/replenish as needed.

• Monitor and maintain equipment calibration records to ensure readiness for deployment.

• Conduct OPRM asset-specific risk assessment for high-risk, short-term jobs.

• Maintains self-development mindset to actively look for opportunities to improve knowledge and skillset that would positively contribute to the success of this role.

• Be involved with the organization / Participation of staff events, training, teambuilding as required.

• Working Impartiality is a must along with being unprejudiced, fair & objective.

• Ensure all QHSE policies are followed.

• Purchasing missing items in stock , tools and equipment when needed from local or foreign market

• Any other tasks assigned by the direct and function manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as an equipment coordinator or inventory controller in inspection companies is preferred.
• Familiar with rope access, inspection equipment’s etc
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring safety and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Immediate joiners preferred.
