Head of Cycle

Seeking an experienced and passionate Cycle Master Trainer to join a luxury fitness and social wellness facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an amazing opportunity to experience a new country, work alongside an incredible team and take full ownership of the development of a product.
The candidate will be responsible for leading cycling classes, developing innovative programs, and maintaining high standards of member engagement. You will mentor other trainers and develop the Cycle team reporting to you, ensuring an ultimate spin experience for their clients.

The Role...
- Salary: Great Salary and benefits
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Leave: 28 Days per annum. (incl. Bank Holidays)
You will be inspiring and managing a the team to drive high performance, develop a leading Cycle concept, whilst consistently going above and beyond to deliver.
Reporting to: The Fitness Manager
Responsibilities:

Class Instruction & Member Engagement:
- Lead dynamic and motivating cycling classes
- Engage with members, collect feedback, and ensure fitness programs meet their needs.
- Develop performance-based fitness sessions, including FTP testing and tailored assessments.

Program Development & Innovation:
- Continuously enhance the cycling program with innovative ideas to retain and engage members.
- Design and implement a RIDE class concept that caters to varying fitness levels.

Training & Development:
- Organise and deliver training workshops and certification sessions to up skill group exercise coaches.
- Provide regular feedback to maintain high standards in class delivery and instruction.
- Participate in professional development programs for personal growth and role enhancement.

Quality Control & Operations:
- Oversee the quality of cycling classes, reporting to the Fitness Manager and providing feedback where necessary.

Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with the Group Exercise team and marketing to develop the strategy to promote classes and increase participation.
- Coordinate with facility management for seamless operations and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation.
- Flexible and adaptable with a forward-thinking growth mindset.
- Charismatic and passionate about fostering a motivating environment for members and colleagues.
- Level 3 Personal Training Certificate.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Group Exercise Instructor or Master Trainer.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructor training, and quality assurance.
- Background in high-end private club settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an adaptable mindset to work with diverse cultures.
- Positive, energetic, and creative with a passion for fitness and member satisfaction.
