m2r Education are currently looking for a Head of Preparatory Year for a technical college in the North of Saudi Arabia who can start asap.
As the Head of Preparatory Year, you will plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes and be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. You will also oversee the English program administration, curriculum, assessment practices, and student achievement, whilst ensuring all trainees are on track of their English language proficiency program for the successful end results and ability to create remedial plans for trainees who are slow learners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or Literature or equivalent field
  • A minimum of proven 5 years with progressive responsibility in program management at higher education institutes
  • A Proficient knowledge of using digital teaching means in (online and face-to-face) classes.
  • Good knowledge of finding the right approach to every single student and situation, solving problems, or giving support with any difficulties
Package:
  • Annual flight tickets (and dependents)
  • Medical insurance (and dependents)
  • Up to 30 Days (paid vacation) + Block leave for Eid vacations and National Holidays
  • Initial 1 year contract
  • 8 hours per day (Sunday through Thursday)
