We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Head of the Pediatric Department with a sub-specialization in Cardiology for one of the renowned hospitals in Saudi Arabia.

• Oversee all clinical operations within the pediatric department.
  
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of care and safety.
  
• Develop and implement innovative treatment plans and healthcare strategies.
  
• Collaborate with other departments for holistic patient care.
  
• Participate in research initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of learning.
  
• Stay updated with the latest developments in pediatric medicine.
  
• Lead and inspire a team of pediatricians, nurses, and support staff.
  
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with board certification in Pediatrics and sub specialty certification in Cardiology.
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head of the Department.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is essential.
  
• Team management and decision-making skills.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pediatric healthcare.
  
• Proven leadership and management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, commitment to continuous professional development, familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
  
• Experience in mentoring and training junior staff.
