Health and Safety Trainer

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate high-quality health, safety, and environmental training programs in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Customize training materials and courses to meet the specific needs of clients and industries.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring engaging and interactive delivery.
- Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with the academy’s management team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Preferably with relevant certifications including IOSH, NEBOSH, and OSHA (minimum 130 hours).
- Proven experience as an HSE Trainer or similar role, with a strong track record in delivering health and safety training.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technology for both in-person and online sessions.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus - Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Can you join immediately?
- Do you have a valid KSA Driving License?

- Health and Safety Trainer: 3 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA (130 hours) Certification (Required)
