Job Summary:
The Healthcare/Hospital Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire recruitment process for the hospital, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates across all departments. The role requires collaboration with department heads to determine staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full cycle of recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the unique recruitment challenges within the healthcare sector and be well-versed in both private and public healthcare recruitment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various hospital roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to specific roles within the hospital.
- Implement and maintain a recruitment strategy to attract high-quality talent in both medical and non-medical roles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks, to source candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and labor laws during the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality service and favorable agreements.
- Oversee and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to hiring deadlines.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Assist with salary negotiations and ensure that compensation packages are competitive within the healthcare market.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant quality.
- Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for future hiring needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in healthcare recruitment. Experience in both private and government sector healthcare recruitment is preferred.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices and challenges.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and healthcare-specific hiring regulations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼21,600.00 per month
