Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs.
- Manage employee performance and development through performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
- Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any disputes or grievances.
- Organizational Development:
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory.
