Salary: SAR 1400 - 1800 [INR 31000 – 40000]

Job Role
- Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in homes, offices, factories, and other buildings.
- Connect systems to air ducts, water supply lines, and electrical wiring.
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and industry regulations to ensure proper installation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are working efficiently.
- Clean and replace filters, inspect electrical components, and check for system leaks or other issues.
- Ensure systems meet energy efficiency and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, such as poor airflow, inadequate cooling or heating, or unusual noises.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and circuit boards.
- Test systems after repairs to confirm they are functioning properly.
- Handle and manage refrigerants (substances used for cooling) in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Recover, recycle, and properly dispose of refrigerants, ensuring safe and legal procedures are followed.
- Educate customers about system maintenance and energy-saving tips.
- Offer guidance on thermostat settings, filter replacement, and ways to improve indoor air quality.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials (refrigerants, gas, etc.).
- Follow OSHA standards and other regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure systems comply with local, state, and federal building and environmental codes.
