Lean & Development Manager - Full Time - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Facilitate practical collaboration with the target-specific aim of increasing productivity, OTD, Safety standards, Quality improvements & Continuous Improvement activities.
- Review C.I. plans and cost-saving projections of the Factory, challenging where necessary and identifying additional continuous improvements wherever possible.
- Develop, record and formally document new developments arising from C.I. practise within the Factory and have available to share with other Factories.
- Provide training material & templates in line with SPS / Lean BU templates.
- Collaborate directly with Factory Function Heads and BU Management.
- Support preparation of annual SPS / Lean Roadmap for Factory.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Degree in Mechanical,Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
- Languages: English - Arabic.
- Technical knowledge of pumping equipment or rotating equipment in general.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
