Job Purpose:
The Legal Representative will handle all legal matters exclusively for the company. This includes drafting legal documents, mediating internal disputes, ensuring compliance with legal judgments, representing the company in legal proceedings, managing regulatory obligations, and overseeing debt recovery efforts.


Main Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise to support the company in negotiations, agreements, and contract drafting, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and resolve disputes, including mediating internal and external conflicts, to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Offer accurate and timely legal advice to management and employees on various legal and regulatory matters affecting the organization.
• Represent the company in all legal proceedings, including court cases, regulatory hearings, and interactions with government bodies and committees.
• Review and validate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and protect the company’s rights.
• Monitor and ensure the company's adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, taking proactive measures to mitigate legal risks.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law
Minimum 3 Years of Legal experience.
