Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maximo System Administrator to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Maximo system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system runs smoothly, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing system upgrades as needed.
Job Responsibility:
- Configure and maintain the Maximo system to meet the organization's needs
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Maximo system administration
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Proficiency in IBM Maximo software
- System administration and maintenance of IBM Maximo
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of asset management processes
- Ability to configure and customize Maximo applications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
