L'Oréal is seeking a highly organized and results-driven National 3PL Manager to optimize our supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia. What You'll Do:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day 3PL operations, collaborating closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You'll be the key point of contact for our 3PL partners, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee Physical Flows: Coordinate all aspects of physical product flow, from receiving and replenishment to stock transfers and outbound shipments. You'll ensure timely and accurate movement of products throughout the supply chain.
• Maximize Product Availability: Track and facilitate product availability across the entire distribution cycle, working closely with stakeholders to ensure stock is readily available for sales. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand.
• Maintain Operational Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on key metrics, including inbound tracking, goods in transit, goods received notes, stock transfers, master data, and capacity phasing. You’ll provide data-driven insights into our operations.
• Drive 3PL Performance: Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Co-packing Activities: Oversee co-packing activities in regional warehouses, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. You'll ensure that co-packing meets our quality and efficiency standards.
• Lead Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to optimize inventory levels, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll have a direct impact on our supply chain performance.
• Optimize Inventory: Identify and address slow-moving or obsolete stock, minimizing inventory holding costs and maximizing efficiency. Your analytical skills will be key in optimizing inventory management.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of experience in 3PL management, supply chain operations, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
