JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead and enhance operational performance within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions, ensuring the efficient execution of project delivery in line with the company’s objectives. The Operation Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing best practices to optimize workflow and resource allocation, thereby driving the success of JASARA's Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
