Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage and oversee the firm's core operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, client onboarding, and reporting in compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and GCC-wide industry regulations
- Identify opportunities to enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of the firm's back-office and middle-office functions to better serve our clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC
- Collaborate with the firm's IT, finance, compliance, and local market teams to implement and maintain integrated systems and technology solutions tailored to the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets
- Supervise and mentor a team of operations specialists in Saudi Arabia, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service
- Prepare and present detailed reporting on the firm's operational performance , highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommended actions
- Bachelor Degree
- CME 1 Certification
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Fund Management
- Arabic and English languages are required
