What You Will Do


As a RAN Solution Architect, your role will encompass:

• 
  End-to-End Solutions Design: Scope, define, and design comprehensive technical solutions, driving forward the delivery of end-to-end (E2E) offerings.
• Customer-Focused Analysis: Analyze the customer’s technological landscape, define their business needs, and engage in risk analysis to ensure project success.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the core team to identify opportunities for potential activities and craft tailored solutions.
• Present & Persuade: Develop compelling technical presentations, proposals, and lead customer presentations, positioning yourself as a key advisor in technological decision-making.
• Leadership & Vision: Stay ahead of the curve in technological evolution and act as a trusted leader, influencing technology decisions with foresight and expertise.
• Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing to support customer competence development.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.

What You Will Bring


We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings the following skills and experience:

• 
  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any engineering field or relevant experience
• Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in RAN (Radio Access Networks) & Network Design Optimization (NDO), with a strong background in solution architecture.
• 5G Experience: Hands-on experience in 5G technologies is essential.
• Consultative Selling Ability: Proven expertise in consultative selling, offering strategic solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Creative Problem Solver: A creative thinker who enjoys solving complex problems with innovative, practical solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to drive partnerships and deliver customer-focused results.
• Commercial Minded: Goal-oriented with strong commercial acumen, always focused on delivering results that exceed expectations.
• Financial Understanding: Ability to understand the financial aspects of technical solutions, ensuring profitability for both the company and the customer.
