Our client is a renowned food & Beverage company with chain restaurants all over Saudi, looking to fill this vacancy urgently in multiple locations within the kingdom.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves working as part of a team to achieve operational excellence while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Package and serve food efficiently while ensuring it meets presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Process transactions at the register, handle cash, and ensure accurate change is given.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts.
- Adhere to shift schedules and be punctual to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
- Support team members in other tasks as necessary to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Core Competence:
Qualification:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, Adaptability and a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
