Job Title: Restaurant Equipment Technician and Maintenance Personnel
Start Date: September - October 2024
Starting salary: SAR 3,000 (Plus shared accommodation and transportation)
Location: Laysen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Equipment Technician and Maintenance Personnel to maintain, repair, and install restaurant equipment in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly.
tall new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and supplies.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Respond to equipment breakdowns during operating hours.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a restaurant equipment technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their operation.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently.
Excellent mechanical and electrical skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment.
Possess a valid driver's license is an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
