We will count on you to:

• Analyze and improve office management systems, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate and support various projects, providing analytical insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage office budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in office management is a must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office management tools.
