Role Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough site surveys to prepare detailed reports and recommendations for upcoming replacement tasks.
  
• Developing comprehensive bid documents, including project specifications, RFQs, and BOQs, to facilitate accurate and competitive bidding.
  
• Performing technical and commercial reviews of subcontractor submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  
• Assisting the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with mechanical design calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain design integrity.
  
• Formulating an execution plan and method statement, ensuring team compliance to streamline operations.
  
• Supervising the installation of VAC equipment, guaranteeing adherence to standards and quality benchmarks.
  
• Conducting quality checks to confirm system efficiency and safety.
  
• Overseeing the team to enforce compliance with safety protocols.
  
• Maintaining strong client relationships for a smooth project handover
  
• Project engineer for replacement jobs of HVAC systems in Riyadh region
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
  
• 8-10 years experience in Project Management
  
• VRF System and Chillers knowledge / experience
  
• This role is only for Saudi Nationality candidates
  
• Experience working on tenders
  
• Experience working contractors
