Rayna Arabia, a leading name in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Travel Consultant - Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about crafting exceptional travel experiences and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Travel Planning and Coordination: Design and tailor travel packages to meet client preferences, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services.
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and booking processes, ensuring clients receive comprehensive information.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to clients' policies and industry regulations.
- Booking Management: Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and amendments using systems like Amadeus .
- Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates on itineraries, costs, and travel regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the team, contributing to collective goals and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional services such as travel insurance, meet-and-assist, and destination experiences to enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a corporate travel background.
- System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and NDC systems.
- Destination Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel destinations, industry trends, and package customization.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Attention to Detail: Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Location: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
