Job Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer at QZ Industrial, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch onsite services, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the successful implementation of our automation and control systems. You’ll collaborate with clients across a range of industries, applying your technical skills to solve complex challenges and uphold our standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems, low voltage switchgear, and process instrumentation.
- Conduct onsite testing and commissioning for SCADA and automation systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring proper system usage and maintenance.
- Document service activities, including diagnostic findings, repairs, and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in field service engineering within industrial automation, process control, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens, rockwell, & schneider PLC systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for onsite assignments.
