• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in scaling recruitment efforts in a high-growth startup or dynamic organization.
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and modern talent acquisition practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring processes.
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
