As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks and gaining hands-on experience in the field of HR and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback
- Help maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
