Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the auto parts sector. This role will focus on developing and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and retailers.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

This role will focus on developing and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and market trends in the auto parts industry.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the auto parts market in Saudi Arabia, including competitive analysis and consumer behavior.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade activities that effectively showcase our auto parts products, increasing brand awareness and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and inventory management.
- Retailer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers to maximize product placement and promotional effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and retailers on product features, benefits, and marketing materials to ensure effective promotion.
- Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the auto parts or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful trade marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools for analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
