- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
- Provide insightful analysis and financial recommendations to optimise financial performance.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounting functions and payroll.
- Prepare journal entries for accurate recording.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end closing processes.
- Work with Senior Manager on the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecast and long term strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow projections with the team and manage working capital to ensure operational needs are met.
- Implement strategies to optimise cash flow and liquidity.
- Manage the financial audit process with audit firms responsibly and prepare annual financial documents for the audit.
- Coordinate and oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local state and federal tax regulations.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and review.
- Work with Senior Manager to identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement necessary regulations for internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate and provide support to other business units to align with company objectives.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling, financial reporting and compliance, strategic planning
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be a strategic thinker with business acumen
- Be collaborative and team-oriented, adaptable and flexible, and act with integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and functions
- Experience with Net Suite Oracle System would be an advantage
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or CPA or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $7,500.00 per month
