Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review group statutory consolidation financial statements according to Singapore FRS.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and various departments to gather, verify, and consolidate financial data.
• Ensure all intercompany transactions and balances are accurately eliminated.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support the annual audit process by liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, analysis, and financial commentary.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Singapore FRS and statutory regulations.
• Identify areas of improvement in the consolidation process and recommend best practices.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Group Consolidation and preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and relevant accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience in intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Advanced Excel skills with an ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
