Job Requirements:
- ACCA graduate, or a member of Association of International Accountants, Institute of Company Accountants, Singapore or Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants; (MUST)
- Ability to independently prepare Singapore financial reports and create XBRL reports.
- Familiar with Singapore tax rules, capable of independently handling Singapore company withholding tax, GST, and stamp duty declarations.
- Must cooperate with company as the company's qualified individual and register with ACRA.
- Team service awareness and team cooperation spirit.
- Familiarity with the greater China market is preferred.
This role is a management role and applicatant should familary with the following duties (no means need to do all):
- Act as the commercial secretary of client companies, issue company registration documents for clients (Form 45, company establishment resolutions, due diligence forms, etc.), and submit registration on Biz File+ after documents are signed back.
- Issue change documents as required by clients, and complete changes such as company name, director change, share transfer, capital increase, capital reduction, and deregistration on Biz File+ after documents are signed back.
- Issue annual general meeting documents for client companies and complete annual review operations.
- Prepare financial reports for client companies based on bank statements and invoice materials provided by clients, submit ECI estimated tax, and declare official tax.
- Assist clients in opening CPF accounts, activating customs accounts, applying for GST, etc.
- Declare GST, CPF, and WHT withholding tax according to the materials submitted by clients.
