● Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.
● Opportunity to grow into a supervisory role with mentorship from senior finance personnel.
● Proactively identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency in financial operations and aligning processes with business needs.
● Support debt collection management, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
● Handle Quarterly GST reporting and compliance requirements.
● Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reconciliation and schedule preparation.
● Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management, adding insights that support decision-making.
● Contribute to banking matters and assist in managing cash flow.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (FRS/IFRS).
● Maintain strong familiarity with accounting software (Quick Books or XERO).
● Assist in any other tasks assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and initiative.
